Jon Hogan is a commercial real estate broker in Athens, GA and the Founder and Principal Broker of The Mutual Prosperity Real Estate & Investment Company, a real estate brokerage and investment firm aimed at fostering innovation, driving growth, and cultivating sustainability that benefits private stakeholders and community stakeholders alike.

Prior to starting Mutual Prosperity, Jon was an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty where he started as a licensed agent in November of 2019.  Jon grew up in a wholesale family lumber business exposing him to the real estate and construction industry, and he now helps clients with Market Research, Demographics, Investment Analysis, Property Valuation, Development Consulting, Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Acquisitions, Property and Portfolio Management, Dispositions and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange coordination.  Jon focuses on Triple-Net Leased Retail, Office, Multi-family, Mixed-Use, Light Industrial, Development Land and Recreational Land.  He is committed to providing exceptional commercial advisory services while adhering to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics.

Jon is also FAA Part 107 Certified with the Federal Aviation Administration as a Remote Pilot in Command for commercial drone services through his marketing company Classic City Captures℠.
